TEAM LISTING:

TEAM STATISTICS
February 9 game results:
Engineering Express: 3
Chipolte: 0
Today was an example of what this team is about. No "player of the game" today, just a total team effort with relentless offensive pressure, dominating mid-field execution, stubborn defense, and timely goalkeeping. Engineering Express knew that a win today clinched a division championship...so that's what they did. Congrats to the American Division Champions! Double congrats to the boys for finishing the regular season with the best record out of 12 teams in our league!
Engineering Express: 2
Magic: 1
Week 10
A good game for Engineering Express against the division-leading team. Eddie played very well in mid-field along with Lex, Jason and Kyle. Alex and Julian did well on defense. JR was a total team player, being willing to play a different spot. The offense was persistent, scoring just enough to gain a victory. Good Job Engineering Express!
Engineering Express: 4
Ainsworth Game Tech: 1
Week 9
Perhaps the best-played game of the year for EE. David and Nick were superb leading the defense. Kourosh was terrific in mid-field. Colby, again, was superb in goal. The offense did a great job keeping the pressure on.
Engineering Express: 2
T R N: 1
Week 8 |
| Well played on both sides. Outstanding offense for Engineering Express by Tyler (one goal), Adam (one goal) and Eric (three outstanding shots.) Colby was superb in goal stopping 3 tough shots. JR was player of the game, giving up his body on 3 occasions to stop shots. A great team effort, especially given the absence of some of our top players. |
Engineering Express: 3
Embassy Suites: 0
Week 7
Terrific balance this week as Engineering Express continues to improve. EE was in total control in the game. Players of the game included Koroush (who scored a goal off of Tyler's rear end...does that mean Tyler gets credit for the goal?), JR (who played stellar defense), and Eric (pressing the play very well). Good job, EE!
Engineering Express: 1
Legacy Bank: 1
Week 6 |
| In blustery conditions, both teams played hard to a draw. Colby kept Engineering Express in the game during the first half. Then Tyler had a goal negated which would have won the game. Austin, Alex, and Adam had their best games of the year, to date. In all, EE has played better games but worked hard for the tie. |

Game 5 12/8: Win 6-1
A really good effort today by the offense in this impressive 6-1 victory. Goals by Tyler, Jason, Eric and Nick opened up the game for our first comfortable win. Super mid-field play by Kyle. Edrick and Alex were outstanding on defense. Kourosh played his best game of the season so far. Good job Engineering Express!
Game 4 12/1: Tied 0-0
Incredible back and forth action for the entire game! So many shots on goal from both teams, so many close calls... We played very well and came so close to scoring so many times. We'll be ready for the next game for sure-
Game 3 11/17: Loss 4-3
Though we had a tough loss (3-4) to a good team, there were many positives in a
game we could have easily won. Tyler continues his outstanding play on offense.
Colby stepped up big in goal to have another great game. David continues to be
our rock on defense. We missed some of our good players, but other players
stepped up and were stand-outs: Eric and Adam on offense; Julian on defense.
And we gladly welcome JR to the team. We'll win this type of game next time.
Game 2 11/10: Tied 0-0
Game ended early in the 4th quarter due to the lights not coming on in the field. Both teams played well and were evenly matched.
GAME 1 11/3: Won 3-2.
Goals by Lex Weiner, Tyler Davis, and Sean Isola
