Home Page Features:
This is the EXOS home page. This is what you see when you log on. It is the launchpad to 10 client areas of the system:

A) Project Tracking
Here you can check the status of your projects and orders placed online. Search by a number of methods:

Projects can be filtered and sorted as desired to see at a glance needed job information:

Project details and notes that we journal can also be viewed, and the client can enter his own notes which will alert us via email and a contract flag in our part of the system:

Field inspections, transmittals, quotations for work, and RFI's (requests for information) are all handled through our contract details section of our website. information from these areas are available upon request.
B) Private Tools
Over 30 private Flash tools and growing are available to applicatlbe clients in all our areas of design. These robust tools allow a wide range of pre-engineering and project estimating for unprecidented (and patent pending) expediency, all written by our staff!

C) Web Orders
EXOS allos clients to order and request work through our online job order system. Ensuring all fields are filled out allows us to process jobs quicker and more efficiently. EXOS tracks this efficiency, and offers rebates in many ways back to the client.
Clients gain access to only the forms they need to complete their work. Orders are handled like a typical website shopping cart, all custom written by our staff!

D) Private Links
Some links are for the public, others are reserved for our clients. EXOS job detail screens also offer context specific links to help clients with useful job resources.

E) Our Own Wiki & Forums
Many of our Wiki posts are for public viewing. We maintain our own version of a Wikipedia, which clients can search on a broad number of topics.

F) Vendor Directory
When we find a worthwhile referral, we like to share that information. Use this searchable directory to find everything from our favorite local restaurant to our telephone support company to where we get our copy machines from.

G) File Access
Access a general client portal as well as project specific directories. Upload and download files as needed, all in an intuitive, Window's-like environment. You'll think you are at your own Windows screen!

H) Account Info
View your current account status with how much $ is current, 31-60, 61-90 days, in table and graph form. A complete invoice specific payment history is also just a click away!

I) Preferences
EXOS allows the client to change their password, set recommended delivery method, number of copies, plus frequently added settings to help manage your EXOS experience.

Other Features:
Email notifications - Receive emails of important job status changes, completed jobs, selected notes, EXOS news and updates

IM instant help! - Logged in clients can click on a staff representative link at any time in the system and have access to email, extension, AND a screen to IM us for instant answers. Other employees have personal email portals to their inbox where emails can be sent from anyone on our webpage.

Online Fee Schedule - Many projects have been cataloged to provide a systemized approach to design, allowing us to give a preset fee for many of our services. This fee schedule is linked to our web order system to provide estimated fees before jobs are even ordered.

With a full time IT department at work on our office operations systems, new features are being added and refined all the time to bring the client a revolutionalry, patent-pending approach to engineering design and presentation.
